Arrangements for meetings and activities (for groups)

The meeting rooms are available for the organization of conferences, seminars, meetings or specific events, at working costs (see above). All-in arrangements can also be offered. These packages have to be discussed and reserved in advance. Below are some examples. The rates do not include renting of the room. Cocktail and diner parties are also possible.

!!!Please note that no external caterer is allowed inside our Foundation!!!

All catering activities are schedueled for a duration of two hours maximum.

Exceptions are possible with an extra fee for staff and consumptions.

The choice of the formula has to be confirmed 10 days before your meeting as well as any alimentary restrictions.

The maître d'hôtel would like to know the exact number of participants one week in advance.

Lunch and dinner served at the table

For 10 pax or more.
For less the dining room will be charged extra.
The choice of the menu should be identical for all participants

The menu currently served is the menu of the week (starter, main course & dessert) to be chosen 48 h in advance. (fish or meat or combination). Also possibility to
order in advance a vegetarian alternative menu.

Welcome drink with a glass of sparkling wine, kir, orange or tomato juice.

Red and white wine, orange & tomato juice, still and sparkling water,
and coffee or tea to finish the meal.

Buffets, lunches & dinners

This service includes :
A cold starter served on an individual plate or or a cold starters' buffet, including a salad bar.
A vegetarian option is always included in the starters' buffet.
The hot buffet presents the following selection : A hot meat dish, a hot fish dish, a hot vegetarian dish and a potato dish, a rice or pasta dish.
Our desserts buffet presents verrines with a variety of mousses or pie and fresh fruit salad.
Welcome drink with a glass of sparkling wine, kir, orange or tomato juice.
Red and white wine, orange & tomato juice, still and sparkling water, and coffee or tea to finish the meal.
Additional option : Cheese buffet (per person)

Formula Sandwich

Choice of 4 different sandwiches with different fillings and a variety of different bread types, with a dessert and fresh fruit.  As beverages we serve wine, juice and softdrinks and coffee or tea as a closer.

Choice of 5 half  open sandwiches per person.  A variety of different bread types with a selection of more delicate fillings.  There's also a more refined dessert and some fresh fruit included.
As beverages we serve wine, fruit juice, softdrinks and coffee or tea as a closer.

Choice of 2 half baguettes per person with a choice of 3 different fillings.

As beverages we provide water and orange juice.

This is a delivery service, no waiter is included in this formula.
