1. Hot & Cold Buffet (minimum 25 persons)

This service includes :
A cold starter served on an individual plate or or a cold starters' buffet, including a salad bar.
A vegetarian option is always included in the starters' buffet.
The hot buffet presents the following selection : A hot meat dish, a hot fish dish, a hot vegetarian dish and a potato dish, a rice or pasta dish.
Our desserts buffet presents verrines with a variety of mousses or pie and fresh fruit salad.
Welcome drink with a glass of sparkling wine, kir, orange or tomato juice.
Red and white wine, orange & tomato juice, still and sparkling water, and coffee or tea to finish the meal.
